We respectfully announce the passing of Mr. Charles Carter, age 74, of College Park, Georgia on August 31, 2022. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022, at 12:00 Noon at Meriwether Memory Gardens, 93 Prather-Barnes Road, Manchester, GA 31816.

A Public Viewing and Visitation will be held Thursday, September 15, 2022, from 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Darrell E. Watkins Funeral Home, 5 E Second Street, Manchester, GA 31816.
