We respectfully announce the passing of Mr. Charlie Culpepper, age 63, of Talbotton, GA on January 6, 2023. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Salem Primitive Baptist Church, GA-208 Talbotton, GA 31827.

A Public Viewing & Visitation will be held Friday, January 13, 2023 from 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Darrell E. Watkins Funeral Home, 5 E Second Street, Manchester, GA 31816.
